Jano Mobile: An Android Extension for Efficient Social Healthcare Services
Jano Mobile is an Android extension of Jano Sociales, developed by EMR SOFTWARE. The main function of this system is to provide easy access and consultation of user/client records from anywhere, even without access to corporate software applications, by applying portable technologies.
The most prominent feature of this system is its ability to concentrate all the relevant information of thousands of users into a small, portable, and easy-to-handle support system. The primary objective of this Android application is to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of social healthcare services by significantly facilitating the following functions:
Firstly, immediate access to service information and all relevant indicators that provide accurate knowledge of people's socio-sanitary needs and how they are addressed.
Secondly, facilitating the monitoring of each user by the coordination team and service managers.
Thirdly, offering a structured system for recording the most important information and for storing it to obtain powerful and useful statistical analysis about the beneficiaries of the service.
Fourthly, offering a system for monitoring and evaluating the quality, not only of the service provision but also of how beneficiaries perceive it.
Furthermore, it also offers an online synchronization system that communicates a mobile device with the Jano program and updates the information of both systems. Finally, it provides control of presence by reading NFC tags located in the user's residence(s).
